A £1.2m refurbishment of the existing hotel. This project was complicated due to the necessity of keeping the Hotel open during works. Hobson Hague, however, contributed to a programme which successfully minimised the disruption to the Hotel.

Hobson Hague also justified increased levels of grant eligibility and carried out beneficial commercial control of costs as the design progressed. Regular advice of outturn costs was given to ensure the Client was fully aware of his financial status.
